Q: What file formats can you accept?
A: We can accept pdf, eps, tiff and jpg files plus many others such as Photoshop, Corel Draw, Quark, Illustrator files etc. Please call to discuss if you have any queries.Q: What resolution should my file be?
A: Ideally no less than 300 dpi at actual size.Q: Do you have templates for the various products?
A: Yes, please contact us and we can email them to you for the correct proportions for items such as aprons, oven gloves, oven mitts, bags etc.Q: Do you supply a sample prior to printing?
A: Yes we always like to supply a sample if time allows.Q: How many colours can you print?
A: We can print up to 8 colours.Q: Can you print in full colour process?
A: Yes, we are acknowledged experts in printing complex full colour process jobs.Q: Can we quote pantone colours?
A: Yes we have in-house ink mixing and can match pantone colours and swatches accurately.LEAD TIMES AND DELIVERY
Q: I have a very short lead-time for my tea towels, aprons etc can you produce my order in time?
A: Always contact us for our best possible lead-times. Because all our products are printed and sewn in our UK factory we can offer very quick lead-times.Q: Can you deliver my tea towels, bags etc under plain cover to my customer?
A: We offer a very discreet service to the trade whereby we can despatch under plain cover to your customer.Q: Can I have the tea towels, aprons etc individually packed?
A: Yes we are able to individually pack all the items – please ask for a quote.
